Got the Mazda6 listed on CL and Marketplace, already got some interest in it. Yay. Hopefully it’s more reliable for the next person. Also hopeful my ad attracts a lot of eyes. Who the hell posts underbody pictures for a 16 year old economy car? Jake does.

Uncommon but fun V6 + manual configuration. Full service history back to new. Selling because I’m trying to buy a house. Brand new clutch, front wheel bearings, motor mounts, four front control arms, front bushings, front ball joints, tie rod, valve cover gaskets, ignition coil, spark plugs. Runs and drives fantastic, feels 10 years newer than it is.

The bad: cosmetically not fantastic, heated seats don’t work, I was told there’s a problem with the sunroof but I’m too much of a pansy to try it and never use it anyways. It doesn’t leak so I never cared.

If you need a practical car but want something with a little more excitement than a Corolla this is your car. Rear seats fold down and this thing can haul more stuff than my station wagon. Super good on road trips.

That is the actual model. ‘ S’ designates the v6 engine.

This has got to be the most thorough CL car ad I’ve ever seen in my life. If I was in the Kansas/Wichita area, I’d take this off your hands. The first-gen 6 is one of the best-looking cars, in my opinion. I figure it’d do well in LeMons.

I personally really don’t like this era of Mazda styling (them tail lights... woof) but I’m warming up to this car. And it drives REALLY well.
